**Qualifications** - Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.- BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Skilled in designing and delivering structural engineering solutions.
- Experience coordinating with cross-discipline engineering teams.
- Strong ability to anticipate client and project needs proactively.
- Proficient in using computer modeling simulations to predict structural behavior.
- Competent in calculating structural loads and stresses.
- Knowledgeable about legal and safety standards.
- Ability to recommend materials suited for construction projects.
- Experience inspecting and assessing structural integrity.
- Advising on building repairs, renovations, or demolition.
- Background in preparing and submitting bids for tenders.
- Adept at communicating progress and managing project schedules.
