Secondary Skills: Routing/Switching

Certification Min: CCNA Wireless / CCNP Wireless.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in troubleshooting, building, and configuring Network WLAN Connectivity between different IT systems and physical with DNAC, 9800 WLC's, NAC Servers, Client, Switches, and Access Points.
2. Conduct meetings related to compliance and planning for future design requirements of client wireless infrastructure.
3. Good understanding of CISCO DNAC Tool:

• Deploying Wireless infrastructure via DNAC Tool.
• Designing Heat map via DNAC Tool.
• Troubleshooting Wireless issues with DNAC as a tool.

• Basic understanding of Security concepts like 802.1x Authentication, CAP WAP Tunnel, Mobility Tunnel, DTLS.
• Basic understanding of Cisco Integrated Service Engine Client.
• Understanding of different terminology i.e. Wi-Fi (801.11 a/b/g/n/ac), Site Tags, Heat-map, Radio Plans, and Ekahau Site Survey.
• Understanding of the Traffic flow for different SSID i.e. Corporate, BYOD, and GUEST.
• Ability to upgrade firmware at Hardware layer and patches at Software layer for 9800 WLC and Access Points.
• Understanding of ITSM Platform, ability to resolve incident, change, and problem tickets within SLA.
• Excellent incident, change, and problem management skills. Should have the ability to restore business services by either isolating the issue and/or with a workaround to restore the business while a permanent resolution is worked upon in parallel.
