About the role:
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead the design and optimization of electrical systems that power essential infrastructure—pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities. You’ll apply your technical expertise to integrate advanced technologies like automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage, driving efficiency and innovation across operations. A key part of your role is ensuring safety through the implementation of arc flash mitigation, fault detection systems, and rigorous compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. You’ll also manage complex projects from concept to completion, aligning engineering solutions with business goals and timelines. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to operational reliability, safety, and strategic growth. · Up to 6% match on 401k with an additional fixed 4.5% contributed annually

· Can roll over 80 hours per year in PTO and go into the negative by 40 hours
· PTO starts at 120 hours/3 weeks and go up to 200 hours/5 weeks depending on candidate
