Job Description

The HT Group is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our client in Beaumont, Texas. The ideal candidate will handle daily invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and support accounts payable. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This is a contract-to-hire role, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20/hour.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process daily invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Manage accounts receivable, including payment tracking and reconciliation
Assist with accounts payable processes as needed
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
Provide support to the accounting department as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in a billing or accounting role
Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Experience using the Track system is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
