Then dust off your magic touch -- we're looking for a Wound Care Nurse who can bring skill, compassion, and maybe a touch of humor to our long term care family at Oak Hills Care Center.

What You'll Do:

Be the go-to wound wizard for our residents and care team.
Assess, treat, and track wounds like the clinical detective you are.
Work closely with physicians, CNA's, and other nurses to promote healing and comfort
Educate staff (and sometimes families) about proper wound care practices.

You're Perfect for This If You:

A licensed LPN or RN with solid wound care knowledge. (WCC or related certifications = major bonus)
Someone who loves teamwork, teaching, and good outcomes.
