What You’ll Do: - Check in daily with the Production Manager to review projects, answer questions, and confirm expectations
- Install replacement windows with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cleanliness
- Perform removal of existing windows and ensure proper fit, insulation, and finish work
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite—inside and out—throughout the installation process
- Complete trim work, sealing, and caulking with attention to appearance and durability
- Load, transport, and prepare materials for each job as needed
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and complete all end-of-job paperwork
- Represent the Total Remodeling brand and values on every job site
Who You Are: - Experienced in residential window installation (vinyl experience preferred)
- Skilled in basic carpentry and finish work
- Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Licensed and insured (or able to meet these requirements upon hire)
