Based in Jacksonville, FL 32254, you’ll be the steady hand behind reliable wastewater flow across our network of lift stations. Your day begins by reviewing operational readings, then heading into the field to inspect pumps, panels, and controls. You’ll keep equipment clean, address issues before they escalate, and jump in quickly when emergencies arise—all with safety front and center.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on lift station equipment to ensure dependable operation.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Carry out cleaning, adjustments, and repairs to keep systems running at peak performance.
• Track and document operational data; flag irregularities and report them promptly.
• Support installation of new components and upgrades when systems are modernized.
• Coordinate with teammates to build and follow maintenance schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements, every time.
• Answer emergency calls and complete repair work as situations demand.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
• Hands-on experience maintaining or repairing lift stations or similar equipment.
• Solid knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to take on-call rotations and work some weekends as needed.
