Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented  Traveling Project Manager  to oversee the full project lifecycle for interior construction scopes within data centers. This role requires strong leadership and planning skills, as well as the ability to travel regularly to project sites. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex schedules, technical scopes, budgets, and client relationships in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout for interior data center scopes, including drywall, MEP coordination, access flooring, finishes, and doors/hardware.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
• Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on expectations.
• Lead internal project meetings and participate in client-facing OAC meetings.
• Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure quality control processes are implemented and followed throughout the life of the project.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of construction management experience with at least 3+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record of delivering interior construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed for project oversight.
