Transportation Dispatcher – Evening & Weekend Shift

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Schedule:

• Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We’re looking for a Transportation Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is ready to take control of a critical communications role within our fleet operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch drivers to service calls using GPS and dispatch software
• Monitor the status and location of vehicles to ensure efficient routing
• Coordinate with drivers to handle schedule changes and service issues
• Provide exceptional customer service over phone and radio
• Maintain accurate logs and records of calls and dispatch activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
• Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS tracking systems a plus
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
