Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the incumbent is responsible for a variety of analytical and program support functions related to the delivery and administration of Office of Administrative Services (OAS) training activities. This includes developing and delivering training, coordinating logistics, ensuring employee compliance with training mandates, and developing and administering training-related contracts for the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

This position is located at: 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.Employees in this position work in a high-rise office setting and are required to work extensively on computers as necessary for drafting of letters, other documents, research, email communication, file review, training, and other purposes. Being in a stationary position for long periods of time.
