Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent across engineering, IT, and other specialized domains. In addition to technical recruiting, this individual will also provide support for corporate and global hiring initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with global recruiting teams to support technical hiring efforts in international locations.
• Provide support for corporate hiring efforts on an as-needed basis, partnering with Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in technical and global recruiting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for roles such as software engineers, IT specialists, and technical project managers.
• Experience supporting executive-level or international hiring is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
