We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Conference Solutions team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the technologies and workflows that provide day-to-day in person conference room support and work closely with AV Engineer on system upgrades, break fixes and event solutions. You will certify all conference room infrastructure is operating at a high degree of reliability. Also, you’ll assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events, while learning about AV systems, collaboration platforms, and enterprise conferencing tools.
Interest in AV technology, conferencing platforms, and digital collaboration.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Event Coordination - Pre-event planning and tech checks, run-of-show documentation, cueing and timing management
Ability to troubleshooting & support real-time issue resolution during events
Preventative maintenance and system health checks
Escalation procedures and vendor coordination
