Express Employment is currently seeking skilled Small Engine and Equipment Mechanics. As a Small Engine and Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small engines and various types of equipment used in landscaping, construction, and other industries.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on small engines and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups
• Inspect equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
• Order and replace faulty parts as needed
• Test equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Small Engine Mechanic or Equipment Technician
• Strong knowledge of small engine systems and equipment mechanics
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
