Job Description BD is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join its Operations team focused on building scalable cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and observability platforms to support development teams. This role blends engineering and operationsideal for someone with a developer mindset who enjoys enabling others through platform delivery. Key responsibilities include designing and managing AWS infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), setting up and optimizing monitoring with Datadog, participating in incident response and on-call rotations, and contributing to the evolution of CI/CD and operational strategies. This team is not a traditional DevOps group, but one that empowers software engineers to self-service and manage production reliability with consistency and scalability. Skills and Requirements 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles with a software development background Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure in production environments Expertise in Datadog for application and infrastructure monitoring (firm requirement) Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation Programming or scripting experience in Go-Lang, TypeScript, or PowerShell Familiarity with CI/CD practices and developer workflows Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS + Azure/GCP) Background in regulated industries, particularly healthcare Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or CKA Exposure to serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
