The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. The Sr Analytic Consultant is responsible to proactively Identify, analyze and solve moderate to complex problems. They work in collaboration with senior leaders and executives to integrate analytics into Firm strategy and business decisions and support the increased use of data-driven decision making. + Influence and inform Firm strategy through strong thought leadership and professional expertise. + Proactively identify, thoroughly analyze and solve moderate to high impact and/or complexity problems. + Partner with senior leaders and executives to integrate analytics into Firm strategy and business decisions. Support the increased use of data-driven decision making. + Develop and manage strategic relationships with senior leaders across the organization. + Drive for implementation of solutions by partnering with key stakeholders from across the firm to ensure analytics projects are successfully implemented by business areas. + Conceptualize analytical deliverables and determine appropriate analytical approach(es). + Help key stakeholders understand the trade-offs between various approaches. + Work effectively in a matrixed analytics organization. Identify, direct and coordinate resources (people, systems, tools) not in your chain of command. Recommend priority of work execution. + Participate in and frequently lead cross-functional teams responsible for implementing projects in support of divisional or firm-wide business objectives. + Develop division, program and/or Firm-level measurements to influence strategic direction.
