Job Description

Job Title: Scrum Master
Location : New York / New Jersey / Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (Long Term)

Experience and Qualification:

Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more GenAI-focused product teams.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
Identify and resolve blockers to maintain team velocity and delivery timelines.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment.
Track, analyze, and report team performance metrics to ensure process transparency and improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product Management) to ensure timely delivery of GenAI features.
Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
