営業サポート（正社員）
【業務内容】
事務作業と接客半々のお仕事です。
・現場の作業員と営業の間に入りコーディネート業務
・見積り書やインボイス作成、営業補佐
・材料の購買
・材料を現場に運ぶ為、運転必須です。（免許は普通免許可）
午前中は現場にて、作業員とクライアントの間に入り
どのように作業を進めるかを決める架け橋役として従事。
人と人の間に入ってコミュニケーションを取るのが得意の方には最適です。
材料が多い日は、材料を運ぶお手伝いをする事もあります。
午後からはオフィスに戻り、インボイスは購買の書類作成。
ベーシックなPC作業が出来れば大丈夫です。
荷物の搬入を手伝う場合も有
70パウンド荷物を持つ可能性も有
【必須スキルと歓迎スキル】
・普通免許証 ＊必須
・日本語 ＊必須
・クライアント、またはコントラクターと意思疎通が取れるぐらいの英語力 ＊必須
・エクセル・ワード初級程度の方 ＊必須
・チームワークと共に、明るい応対ができる人 ＊必須
・70パウンドの荷物を持ち運べること ＊必須
・対面の接客経験があること ＊歓迎
【雇用条件】
・正社員
・勤務時間 午前９時～午後６時（１時間休憩あり）
・休み 週休２日制、祝日（会社の規定に基づく）
・アメリカでの労働許可があること
