Job Description

Pay 40-46/h depending on experience

Duties :
Assist the expanded access team with operations regarding the program, including managing the portal and managing/routing the requests as required for all programs; engaging with the vendor when need to manage drug logistics and distribution; Participate in the planning and execution of EAP programs; document management

Requirements :

• BS/MS/BA degree
• Minimum of 5 years work experience experience within an operational role
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective and proactive professional communications (written and verbal)
• Ability to analyze, sort and prioritize data
• Creating data extracts and or reports from systems
• Strong execution skills
• Strong project coordination skills (e.g., monitoring progress of projects/studies)
• Strong organization skills to support document and data management
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects/studies
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with the following tools required:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • MS Teams, Zoom
