What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage custom care plans based on patient needs and goals
Deliver hands-on nursing care in the comfort of each patient’s home
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
Monitor progress and adjust care to support positive health outcomes
What You Bring:
Active RN license in Nevada (required)
CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll help with TB testing if needed)
Reliable transportation and valid NV driver’s license
Nursing degree from an accredited program
