Production/ Plant Manager\

75-85K+, benefits, relocation, etc. \

High-end Custom Millwork Company is seeking a Production Manager. The Production Manager will direct the daily activities in the plant as well as assist in the development of long term goals for the plant. Those duties will include:\
Provide coaching for plant staff\
Manage day-to-day operations of plant\
Ensure labor tracking is timely and accurate\
Responsible for monitoring adherence of safety policies\
Conduct Quality audits on products moving through-out the plant\
Manage and implement a comprehensive Quality Control program\
Responsible for the security of the premises, personnel and assets\
Work with General Manager to develop systems and processes that lead to best practices\
Create a comprehensive plan for preventative maintenance and manage maintenance schedule for the plant\
Coordination of production activities including job scheduling, staffing, etc.\
The Production Manager should at all times conduct themselves in a manner, which is beneficial to the image of the Company. Relationships with peers, supervisors and Company management should be maintained on a cordial and business-like manner at all times.\

Education/Experience:\
Experience in high growth companies\
Experience in quality control and safety\
Experience in training programs\
Experience in developing and implementing processes\
Creative thinker, problem solver, coordinator and implementer\
Experience is more important than education -Bachelor Degree or Technical Degree a plus\
High level in management of people by holding them accountable and developing their potential\
Minimum of 10 years of high-end custom millwork industry\
Strong Scheduling experience\

Integrity should be impeccable\
Proven leader with experience supervising staff\
Achievement oriented and work within a goal-oriented structure\
Strong administrator and organizer, a people-oriented individual\
Able to read financials, make budgets, drive results\
Strong technical background able to understand, interpret ERP manufacturing/accounting computer systems\
Possess a high energy level, capable of handling complex and demanding issues under pressure in a fast pace environment\
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and must be able to maintain strong relations with Company's management team, office staff and plant employees.\
