AdeptHR is Hiring a Production Operator!

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our fast-paced, high-profile operations team. In this role, you’ll be handling Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment for order fulfillment and refurbishment, working closely with our inventory tracking systems and contributing to a team focused on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Roseville, CA , with opportunities to cross-train in multiple functions and participate in team initiatives and events.

$21/hour | 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Pull client orders and prepare POS equipment for outbound shipping
• Assemble and kit equipment based on order requirements
• Operate electric equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts) safely and effectively (training provided if needed)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in line with 6S standards
• Participate in team projects, safety initiatives, and company events
• Communicate key issues with management and teammates clearly and effectively

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience using basic computer systems (email, Excel; Oracle is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work overtime based on business needs
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, standing, and walking for 8–10 hours per shift

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with POS injection/download and shipping
• Level II repair of POS devices or similar electronic equipment
• Familiarity with technical troubleshooting of electronics (POS units, printers)
• Forklift operation experience
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong planning skills
