What You'll Do

1. Shape Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that product goals align with broader company objectives and customer needs.

2. Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Act as the primary liaison, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

3. Champion the Customer Experience

Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

4. Drive Product Execution

Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
Oversee the development process, ensuring sprint goals are met with high-quality deliverables.

5. Measure Success

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance.
Analyze data to inform decision-making and future product enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior-Level Candidates:

Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team best practices.
Lead strategic initiatives, such as exploring new markets or managing high-impact projects.
Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and industry partners.

What We're Looking For

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).

Experience:

Junior-Level Candidates: 1-3 years in product management, project management, or a related role.
Senior-Level Candidates: 5+ years of proven experience delivering successful software products.

Technical Know-How:

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business requirements.

Analytical & Customer-Focused:

Strong skills in market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent for backlog management.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
Adaptability and a growth-oriented attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!):

Experience with SaaS, B2B software, or consumer tech products.
Knowledge of UX principles and data-driven product design.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
