Process Engineer

Dynamic Process Engineer to join our Injection Molding team. In this role, you’ll design, optimize, and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting new mold launches, and leading technical development for our team.

What y ou will be doing as a Process Engineer:

· Develop, maintain, and improve injection molding processes

· Solve manufacturing and quality issues using root cause analysis

· Analyze data to reduce scrap, cut cycle time, and control costs

· Standardize equipment, methods, and documentation

· Support mold trials, launches, and capital improvement projects

· Train and mentor technicians and technical staff

· Collaborate with Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Automation teams

What you will need as a Process Engineer:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering /Technical field (preferred) or Associate degree with experience

·3+ plus years of relevant work experience.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
