What You'll Do:

Travel between offices, homes, and project sites.
Manage extensive travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
Oversee real estate projects, handling insurance, vendor payments, task lists, and more.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Pay bills.
Handle personal errands, such as grabbing coffee, arranging meetings, and picking up supplies.
What You'll Bring:

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent writing skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
5+ years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant.
Real estate background is a plus!
