We are looking for our first nanny, and considering a live-in option. It will be full-time attention to the baby during work-days - as a guidance, it would be 7am to 5pm, but with variability (I work from home several days a week, and my partner is self-employed so will be spending some time with the baby in the mornings). Occasionally, we would also be looking to take a date night with my partner, and may involve nanny on the weekends. We live in the city, but also have a holiday home a few hours of drive away. We'd be looking to be spending about a quarter or third of our time there, and will be asking our nanny to travel with us (not necessarily all the time, upon negotiation).
