Data Entry/AP Clerk
Job Description We are seeking a Supplier Maintenance Specialist for an open-ended contract role. This position is part-time, requiring 5 days a week for 4 hours each day, with a total of 20-30 hours per week depending on the workload. The role involves setting up new suppliers or cosigners to facilitate payments and manage supplier information.
Responsibilities - Set up new suppliers or cosigners to ensure they can be paid.
- Verify banking information accurately.
- Process invoices received through Accounts Payable or from auctions.
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
- Learn and use multiple systems, including Oracle.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
- Resolve any arising issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Essential Skills - Experience in data entry, customer service, and vendor management.
- Ability to manage vendor maintenance and support.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Experience in setting up new customers in a system.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Background in banking, such as teller experience, is beneficial.
- Experience with Oracle and similar systems is advantageous.
Work Environment This role requires working in-office with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid or remote setup if the contract extends beyond September. It is an open-ended contract offering flexibility and the potential for long-term engagement.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
