Position: Mainframe Software Engineer (COBOL/Debit Processing)
Location: Buffalo, NY Remote
Duration: 12+ months

What You'll Need to Have:
Hands-on experience working in mainframe environments, supporting and maintaining enterprise applications.
Strong knowledge of debit card processing systems and related transaction workflows.
Proficiency in COBOL and batch processing for application development and system integration.
Minimum of an Associate's degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 5 years in systems analysis/application development.
Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, with prior experience presenting to stakeholders.
Experience coordinating between applications and business units.
