Position Overview: We're seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and adult patients with complex medical needs. • Tracheostomy care and suctioning
• G-tube feeding and maintenance
• Ventilator and BiPAP management
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Vital signs monitoring and documentation
• Implementation of physician-ordered care plans
• Family education and support
• Emergency response and clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Alabama LPN or RN license
• Experience with complex medical conditions preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently while maintaining detailed documentation
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous home health or private duty experience
• Pediatric nursing background
• Experience with ventilator-dependent patients
