JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: LPN
Location: Sylva, NC 28779
Shift Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible extension depending on business needs).
Pay Rate: $40 on W2.
Guarantee Hours: 36.

Responsibilities:
Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
Ensure that patients take their medication.
Assist doctors and registered nurses.
Liaise with patients' families.

Skills/Experience Needed:
Requires a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a LPN or greater.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Completion of a state-approved LPN program.

Certifications:
Active LPN License in the state of NC.
BLS AHA.
Must have completed the full vaccination regimen.
