Collaborating with a leading hospital in eastern Georgia with an opportunity for a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.
Opportunity Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts) or 7 on/7 off (12-hour shifts)
No call shifts required
Setting: Inpatient
Daily Volume: 10-15 patients
Support Staff: 3 full-time MDs and 2 APPS
EMR: Epic

BLS and ACLS
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
Strong technical skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology
Passionate about patient care
Requires a minimum of two years of current Heart Failure Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience
Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Active unencumbered Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant state license
One year of EMR experience
Requirements
· COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.

Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
