Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Westchester County
$40/hour • $125/visit • Flexible 12-hour day or overnight shifts
Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Westchester team, and we are looking for experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want meaningful, one-on-one nursing work in the home care setting. We serve clients across White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Tarrytown, Ardsley, Ossining, Mt. Kisco, Pleasantville , and surrounding areas.

We currently have 12-hour day and overnight shifts , as well as per-visit opportunities , available throughout Westchester and Northern Westchester.
• $40.00 per hour for shifts
• $125.00 per visit
• Flexible scheduling that fits your availability

• One-on-one patient care that allows for deeper clinical engagement
• Smooth onboarding with the ability to start picking up cases quickly
• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience (acute care preferred)
• Active NYS LPN license and current BLS
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within 1 year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5
• MMR within 10 years
• Driver’s license preferred
