Job Description

Salary: $2901 / Week Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to adolescents in a residential setting, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and develop coping strategies. This role involves working the day shift and includes one weekend day. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions. + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. + Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. + Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. + Participate in team meetings and case conferences. + Engage in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications: + Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. + Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent in the state of California. + Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adolescents in a clinical setting. + Strong understanding of adolescent development and mental health issues. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Flexibility to work one weekend day.
