Job Description

One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms seeks a full-time Legal/Executive Assistant to provide support to the Trust and Estates Practice. Candidate will be carrying out various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment, and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and clients. Qualifications and Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of and ability to apply office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PDF.
Ability to coordinate busy calendars, work assignments, prepare legal correspondence and documents, transcribe digital dictation, organize and maintain files and records.
