Travel + Leisure Summer In-House Legal Internship is designed to provide candidates with meaningful experiences with exposure to each of the legal areas within Travel + Leisure’s Legal department – Acquisitions & Development, Ethics & Compliance, Litigation, Resort Operations, Employment, Clubs & Regimes, Privacy, Sales & Marketing, IP, Brand and Corporate law.

How You'll Shine:

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on a variety of subject matters including regulatory, compliance, real estate, employment, and intellectual property.
• Aid in tracking legal and regulatory developments relevant to the hospitality and vacation ownership sectors.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and legal department initiatives.
• Attend company presentations and events.

What You'll Bring:

• Completed first year at an ABA accredited law school in good standing
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Highly responsive, well organized and deadline driven
• Good verbal and written skills; ability to interact well with others
• Available for in-office internship experience in Orlando, FL throughout the summer.
