Arvine is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to play a pivotal role in our kitchen's leadership team. This management position is designed for a culinary professional who excels in overseeing team operations, ensuring the flawless execution of recipes, and maintaining high organizational standards. As our Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in guiding our culinary team, optimizing kitchen operations, and contributing to our reputation for exceptional dining experiences.

Position Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A solid background in culinary arts, with previous experience in a sous chef or similar leadership role within a high-paced kitchen environment.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and direct kitchen staff towards achieving excellence.
• Culinary Expertise: Expert knowledge of cooking techniques and recipe execution, with a commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards.
• Organizational Abilities: High organizational skills, including proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, product costing, and waste management.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of basic financial operations within the kitchen, including product costing and budget management.
• Innovative Thinking: A creative approach to menu planning and kitchen operations, constantly seeking ways to improve and enhance dining experiences.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration between kitchen staff and other departments within the restaurant.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the restaurant.
