Job Overview

As a Junior Front End Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of Predictive Sales AI’s web-based applications, including our AI-driven features and platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, account managers, and the new product development team to create elegant, responsive, and highly functional web interfaces that meet business goals and exceed user expectations. Your work will directly impact internal efficiency and client satisfaction through beautifully crafted and well-documented front-end features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of front-end features for Full-Service platforms and Predictive Sales AI tools.
  • Plan and execute design requirements through approvals, ensuring alignment with product and user goals.
  • Maintain and improve UI components and architecture across projects to enhance scalability and maintainability.
  • Facilitate and participate in code reviews to ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end code.
  • Provide technical consultation to team members and support efficiency through strong collaboration.
  • Manage SCRUM tasks and velocity projections for larger projects, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Work through client customizations and design patches, ensuring projects align with scope and expectations.
  • Participate in client-facing feature planning, understanding end-user needs and integrating feedback into product development.
  • Assist in user training and provide guidance on user-centric feature development to avoid production-biased functionality.
  • Take ownership of front-end design initiatives, ensuring transparency and high-quality output.
  • Provide weekly status updates and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Support the hiring process for front-end engineers to ensure skill alignment and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain structured onboarding and continued learning materials within TalentLMS.

Required Skills And Experience

  • HTML/CSS: Expert-level proficiency, including responsive and accessible design practices.
  • JavaScript & jQuery: Strong knowledge of vanilla JS, jQuery, and asynchronous web operations.
  • Modern Frameworks (Preferred): Experience with React, Vue.js, or similar modern front-end libraries.
  • Version Control: Experience using Git or similar tools for source control and collaboration.
  • RESTful APIs: Experience integrating front-end UIs with back-end RESTful services.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools to translate mockups into live interfaces.
  • Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
