The Impact You'll Make

As our Investigator , you’ll play a key role in improving the quality and reliability of our compressors and spare parts. By investigating returned products and identifying root causes of failure, you’ll help us ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement. 

Your impact? You’ll turn data and hands-on diagnostics into actionable insights—supporting our engineering, service, and quality teams with detailed reports that drive better performance, fewer returns, and smarter solutions. 

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of testing, teardown, and documentation processes, helping us move toward a more efficient, responsive, and quality-driven future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate testing fixtures for compressors and electronics to validate product function

• Perform detailed mechanical teardowns using tools and precision measuring devices

• Download and analyze product history data to inform investigative findings

• Document teardown results and observations using internal digital systems

• Support 8D root cause investigations to improve product design and service response

What We're Looking For

• Experience with mechanical teardown or diagnostics, and confidence using tools and measurement devices

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel to log and communicate findings clearly

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a hands-on technical environment

• Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and a drive to solve problems independently

• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team approach 

• Bonus if you have: experience in electronics, mechatronics, or both
