We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a fully in office, long-term contract opportunity, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves supporting a variety of corporate roles, with a focus on IT and HR positions. Prior experience in corporate recruitment across different functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, and IT is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment activities for multiple corporate roles simultaneously.
- Utilize CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate data.
- Engage in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Use platforms like CareerBuilder for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process.
- Handle recruitment for IT roles as well as HR positions and more.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Involve in military recruiting as part of the company's diverse hiring initiative.
- Manage and execute benefit functions for the recruited candidates.
- Ensure all recruited positions are filled within an efficient timeframe
Requirements
- Proven experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting
- Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Expertise in Applicant Track System for effective candidate management
- Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks on potential candidates
- Understanding of Benefit Functions within an organization
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Corporate Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience in Military Recruiting would be an added advantage
- Ability to handle various Recruiting Activities efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in Recruiting strategies and methodologies
- Skills to Source Candidates from various platforms and networks
- Ability to Screen Candidates effectively, ensuring the best fit for the job role.
