Fulfillment Coordinator / $20 - $22

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a fulfillment Coordinator for a Blount County, TN distribution center.

Fulfillment Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders
-Manage inventory, track shipments, and coordinate with various departments.
-Create purchase orders, job orders, and shipping documents based on sales orders.
-Serve as the primary contact regarding order inquiries
-Resolves most questions and problems, especially in customer service.
-Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Fulfillment Coordinator Qualifications:
-Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
-Must have a High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in parts management, customer service, or supply chain logistics required.
-Good verbal/written communication skills.
-Ability to visually inspect products in close range, distance, and color variations.
-Comfortable in a heavy industrial environment - lifting up to 50 lbs.

Fulfillment Coordinator Shift:
-Monday through Friday| 8 am - 4:30 pm
-Full-time
