Summary : The Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards during 2nd shift operations. Duties include monitoring production processes, conducting inspections and audits, verifying sanitation procedures, maintaining documentation, and reporting non-conformances. Works closely with production and sanitation teams to uphold regulatory, company, and customer requirements. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations required.
Hours are 2:00PM - 10:00PM, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends if needed.
