As a Food Runner at Little Mama's Italian Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of service by delivering dishes from the kitchen to the guests' tables with precision and care. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient Service: Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food to guests' tables.
• Attention to Detail: Verify the accuracy of each order before presenting it to the guests, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with the kitchen and servers to facilitate smooth coordination during busy service periods.
• Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and responsive service to guests, answering any questions about the menu and assisting with special requests.
• Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing empty dishes and resetting tables as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
