**Role Overview** Sodexo Senior Living has an exciting opportunity for a skilled culinary leader! We are currently seeking an **Executive Chef** for Covenant Living at Windsor Park, a beautiful upscale continuing care retirement community in **Carol Stream, Illinois** . The community is located in a west suburb of Chicago in DuPage county. It sits on 60 acres with 5 lakes and serves over 500 residents a day. The typical schedule is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, may vary with occasional weekends and holiday coverage. **_This position may be eligible for a_** **_sign-on bonus_** **Incentives** Sign On Bonus **What You'll Do** + manage the culinary team of 25 hourly employees. + oversee the daily dining operations including menu planning and controls; + ensure a first-class dining experience for residents, guests, and staff; + ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality; + have high expectations for quality of food and presentation; + will develop and train cooks. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
