Job Description

A chemical company near Beaumont needs an electrical maintenance specialist. 

This is a multi-faceted position working primarily in power systems. 

KEY MUST HAVE experience: 

• Experience working with medium voltage (high is good, too)
  
• Maintenance and troubleshoot switchgear, relays, drops, substations
• Maintenance, repair, NDT, of the power systems that run a plant
• Can be fairly junior - like 3-5 years

Summary:

• In-operation person that "does the work alone or with techs";
• Work in/around switchgear, transformers, substations, boxes, drops, UPS , etc

• Experience working with large motors - over 30,000HP.

• Plan, schedule, perform, preventative maintenance, NDT, oil analysis, etc, on all of the above
• Assist in TAR planning

Requirements:

• Experience in as many areas as possible, above
• Experience in chemical plants, oil/gas processing and refining, petrochem, utilies/cogen, etc
• Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or visa now or at any time in the future.

Salary position - $90k - $105k.
