Schedule: Full-time 4 days/week (MondayThursday)

Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible)

Solo Provider Opportunity: Enjoy autonomy in clinical decision-making and the ability to build strong patient relationships

Operatories: 6

Technology: CBCT Primescan Overjet/Iris

Team Support: Office Manager 3 Front Desk 5 Dental Assistants

Hygienists: 1.5

Payer Mix: Medicaid PPO FFS

Responsibilities

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Current/Active license in good standing (or eligible to obtain)

Preferred: 3 years of experience

Skilled in bread-and-butter dentistry implants all molar endo and/or surgical extractions
