Job Title: Data Integration Systems Analyst (Solutions Arch 25888-1)

Location: McLean, VA Onsite only, Monday Friday

Assignment Type: Contract (6 Months)

Terms: W2

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze source systems and document metadata, lineage, and system inventories
• Support data profiling and quality assessments to uncover inconsistencies or gaps
• Conduct root cause analysis of missing or incorrect data
• Partner with data stewards and system owners to understand and document business processes
• Support data model development and contribute to the design of integration architecture
• Define and document standards for data enrichment and harmonization
• Assist in data strategy planning, documentation, and roadmap creation
• Work alongside teams across Third-Party Business, MDM, I&CM BTO, and others to support delivery

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data governance, and systems analysis
• Strong command of SQL and complex querying for relational and non-relational data
• Experience with major cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of APIs, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts
• Familiarity with MDM, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Proven ability to document business processes, technical requirements, and gap analyses
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
• Excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience using tools like Informatica for MDM/metadata governance
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving project requirements
