Job Description

A Corporate Pilot will focus on operating the corporate aircraft utilizing safe practices and techniques to transport team members in an efficient manner that complies with all current, Federal Aviation Regulations. This includes flight scheduling, preflight inspections, aircraft navigation, and servicing of the aircraft.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF POSITION:

Serve as Pilot in Command of the King Air 350i (Collins Proline FUSION) on all assigned flights.

Ensure compliance with FAA Part 91 regulations, company operations manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Maintain operational control and decision-making authority for all phases of flight.

Execute pre-flight planning including weather briefings, aircraft performance, weight and balance, and fuel requirements.

Lead and promote a safety-first culture in all aspects of flight operation.

Provide comfortable and professional travel experience for passengers.

Maintain accurate flight and duty records, aircraft logs, and trip paperwork.

Participate in company training, meetings, and safety programs.

Maintain a professional appearance and promote a positive image of the company.

Coordinate with maintenance and scheduling teams to ensure aircraft readiness and availability.

Foster crew coordination and collaboration to enhance flight efficiency and CRM.

Cleaning and stocking airplane cabins with supplies and food/beverages for the passengers.

Arrange or interface with ground transportation services and accommodations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful applicants must hold ATP Certificate with FAA Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings and logged a minimum of 3000 hours including 2000 hours in multi-engine aircraft, 1000 hours in turboprop aircraft, and 250 hours in the make and model aircraft to be flown.

Must successfully complete the manufacturers approved training course or an equivalent school approved by the insurance carrier designed for the make/model aircraft operated withing the preceding 12 months of policy inception, and annually thereafter.

Valid second-class medical certificate.

Meet or exceed current requirements according to part 91 of the FAR's.

Knowledge of the operation of single-engine and multi-engine aircrafts, including charts, maps, instruments, and other equipment necessary for navigation.

Knowledge of air traffic control systems and procedures; knowledge of weather systems affecting safety and flight schedules.

Knowledge of the federal aviation regulations with emphasis on airspace, runway incursion, and wake turbulence.

Knowledge of preventive and emergency safety regulations and procedures pertaining to the aircraft, flight preparation, taxiing, and navigation through air traffic.

Ability to lift at least 30-40 lbs. of luggage into aircraft as needed.

Pre-employment drug screening and physical required.
