Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the DMV for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires close collaboration with project managers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively
Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus
