Community Support Worker - Shift Lead
Looking for a rewarding job where you make a difference? We have the opportunity for you! As a Community Support Worker Shift Lead you will work one on one with individuals in our Assisted Living apartment settings to support them through their journey to independence! The shift lead will also take a leadership role within the program; training new staff and working on special assignments with the supervisor. If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional and want to take the next step into a leadership role, we want to talk to you!

Full or part time shifts available -10 hour shifts: Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8pm, or Thursday-Saturday 10am-8pm. Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) required.

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary: $21.00 hourly

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional or other caregiving role required.
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Basic computer skills


Options Residential uses E-Verify

Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
