Your New Role

As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader keeping our projects on schedule, on spec, and on point. While based out of Alvarado, TX, we're open to candidates anywhere in Texas, and remote may be an option depending on fit. You’ll be traveling extensively to job sites across Texas and beyond.

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, vendors, and site crews

• Enforce safety compliance and OSHA standards across all phases of construction

• Maintain timelines, quality benchmarks, and productivity expectations

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project management, inspectors, and clients

• Lead daily safety meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs

• Resolve sequencing conflicts, delays, and equipment/material issues in real-time

• Manage site logistics, cleanliness, deliveries, access, and staging

• Report daily progress and field updates to the office team

• 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

• Commercial construction background (ground-up preferred, not required)

• Strong leadership and coordination skills across diverse project teams

• Working knowledge of project plans, building codes, and quality standards

• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and schedules

• Comfortable with extensive travel for project durations of 6+ weeks

• Valid driver’s license required; driving record will be reviewed in accordance with company policy and applicable laws

• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting

• OSHA 30 Certification is a plus, if you don’t have it, you must be willing to obtain it
