Job Description

Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Care Runners Home Care Services, Inc., you will provide essential healthcare services to our clients in a remote-based setting. You will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their overall well-being and independence. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours available. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $16 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, our CNAs are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and a retirement savings plan. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans
Monitor and document changes in clients' physical, emotional, and mental health
Administer medications in accordance with provider orders
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed
Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the appropriate medical personnel
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and medical professionals
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Follow all HIPAA and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Current and valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care
Basic computer skills and ability to work remotely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
